Ebb Tide --“returning to the sea"-- Ebb Tide is a brand new custom built home designed especially for the very highest quality in vacation comfort and convenience. Ebb Tide offers three floors all with decks and views, two master suites, three-and-one-half baths, rich hardwoods, Italian tile floors, custom kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, hot tub and outside hot and cold shower, and much, much more…

When entering the first floor you will find one master bedroom with king bed, private tiled bath and your own personal entrance to the hot tub area. The other two bedrooms offer queen beds and are decorated with cozy beach-cottage style linens and furnishings. A shared tiled full bath leads to the hot tub deck and outside hot and cold shower.

One floor up brings you to the open luxury kitchen, dinning and living area with 9 ft tongue-and-groove white wood ceilings and walls of windows capturing the Siletz Bay and Josephine Young Park views. You’ll be able to cozy up on the red comfy couch with the gas-log fireplace and watch a movie on the wide-screen television. Later you can head out to the large “entertainment” deck to grill your favorite meal and relax with family and friends while overlooking the bay.

You’ll be pleasantly surprised when entering the amazing third level - you’ll not only be able to view that Siletz Bay but also the Pacific Ocean over the Salishan Spit! This floor offers the second luxury master bedroom with a cozy window seat for having some private time or watching the sunset.…The 5 bedroom/bonus area offers build-in twin beds with trundles accommodating four more younger guests, plus a queen sleeper sofa and a air-hockey table for their or “your” enjoyment.

On your next trip to the magnificent Oregon coast awaken to the ocean’s soothing roar, stroll along the beach dunes, picnic on the bay front, hunt for glass floats and watch the colorful kiteboarders surf by all from the peaceful surroundings of “Ebb Tide”. You may also enjoy miles of ocean beaches, three nearby golf courses, the Lincoln City Outlet Center, plus Chinook Winds Casino and the Newport Aquarium – this elegant vacation beach home has it all - only minutes from famous Siletz Bay restaurants, including The Bay House, Mo’s, or the renowned restaurants of the Salishan Lodge, and … my favorite the Kernville Steak & Seafood House overlooking the Siletz River estuary.
